Weekly Exercise Reporting...week 1

We started our exercise challenge last Saturday, so it's time to report in! I know for sure I feel much better when I stick to do an exercise schedule. My exercise is on the treadmill.

Total minutes 1/7/2012- 1/13/2012.......220 minutes


How did everyone else do?

    I exercised 194 minutes and burned 1884 calories.

    I missed one day when I was really, really sick, but I made it on the other six days so $12 for me so far.
